estimate delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs
for orders from E-TutAnkhAmun.com depend upon the methods and options you
choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for our items we sell are
weight-based. The Total Weight of your shopping cart can be found on
the checkout page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, The
smallest unit is (500 g) , all weights will be rounded up to the next full
Kilogram (Kg).
We have three shipping method.
1 - Egypt Air Mail is the cheapest
way to ship products less than 2 Kg (2000 g) estimated delivery is
3-4 weeks.
2 - Express Mail Service (EMS) can ship any weight to worldwide
, estimated delivery 7-10 days.
3 - Aramex can ship any weight to worldwide ,
estimated delivery 3-5 days.
*Hint*
You can always minmize shipping costs by
getting your orders in the right limits of our units (500 g , 1000 g , 1500 g ,
..etc)
For example :
If you are buying normal papyrus (20x30 cm) that weights 10 g , you
will pay via Egypt Air Mail $6.00 for shipping.
In the meantime buying 20x normal papyrus (20x30 cm) that weights 200 g , you
will also pay via Egypt Air Mail $6.00 for shipping.
Returns
On receipt of your consignment, please inspect
contents immediately. Whilst every care is taken to ensure suitable packaging
has been utilised, all observations of damage or missing items must be reported
to us within three working days. If you receive an item which is damaged due to
shipping, please notify us by email and we will arrange a
replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given at the
discretion of the Company Management
