Our Affiliate Program enables you to earn money from your website by setting links to E-TutAnkhAmun and encouraging your visitors to buy from our store. As an E-TutAnkhAmun affiliate you will earn a 10% commission on every sale (excluding Shipping) you generate through your referrals.

How does the E-TutAnkhAmun affiliate program work?
It's easy. We will provide a variety of adverts for you to cut & paste onto your site. You choose which ones to use, and where on your site to put them. When visitors come to your site and they click on one of the ads, they end up at E-TutAnkhAmun. If they buy something from E-TutAnkhAmun, then you will get 10% of whatever they have spent! (excluding Shipping)

Cookie Length
If a user clicks to our site from yours, a cookie is set on their computer, this remains on their computer for 5 days, if during this time they return to E-TutAnkhAmun and make a purchase you will earn a commission even if they don't come via your site.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. It's free to join the E-TutAnkhAmun Affiliate Program, and you can cancel at any time.

Is my site eligible to become an E-TutAnkhAmun affiliate?
With very few exceptions, yes. We reserve the right to refuse affiliate partnership to any site containing objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, gambling or support for violent or discriminatory groups.

My website is based outside EG. Can I be an E-TutAnkhAmun affiliate?
Yes, we ship goods worldwide.

Can I link my site to E-TutAnkhAmun and to other stores at the same time?
Yes, no problem - what you do with your site is your business and we won't try to control any aspect of it.

Will you promote my site?
No. At this time we are unable to promote affiliate sites.

Do I have to build an online store?
No, the links on your site will link directly to E-TutAnkhAmun. Once a customer clicks on the link, your job is done - we deal with everything after that (taking payment, delivery etc).

Setting Up Links

How do I create links to E-TutAnkhAmun?
Once your site has been approved, log in to our Members Area and select the adverts that you would like to use. You can add as many or as few as you like to your site. Adding the link is a straightforward case of "copy & paste" but if you need any help, all you need to do is ask.

Can I make my own E-TutAnkhAmun adverts?
Yes, but due to the way our stats calculate banner views, we must host the banner on our server. Therefore any banner you make must be submitted to us before it can be used.

What are my responsibilities as an E-TutAnkhAmun affiliate?
You are responsible for using the Members Area to choose links and place them on your site. We don't expect anything else of you (ie: no sales "targets" etc). We value you as an affiliate regardless of whether you are referring 1 customer a month or 1000 customers a month.

What are E-TutAnkhAmun responsibilities?
E-TutAnkhAmun will provide you with the tools and support you need to establish yourself as an affiliate. We also handle orders, delivery, billing, customer care, and sales reporting. We will also make sure you get your commission payments.

Can I take orders on my site and send the information to E-TutAnkhAmun?
No. E-TutAnkhAmun will process all orders directly.

Tracking and Payment

How are orders tracked and credited to my website?
All links from your website to E-TutAnkhAmun contain your unique source ID. Every time a customer comes to E-TutAnkhAmun via your site and makes a purchase, we will know to credit your site. The sales are tracked using well tested software which is part of the osCommerce package that we use to run our entire store.

How much will I be paid?
You will receive a commission of 10% of final sales, excluding Shipping - a "final" sale is one where an order has been placed, payment received, the goods dispatched and a 45 day period to allow for returns has elapsed. If someone comes to our site via yours and doesn't purchase anything on that visit, you will still get the commission if they come back and buy an item within 5 days.

When and how will I be paid?
We make our commission payments at the beginning of every month. If your earnings have reached $50.00 we will make payment into a Paypal account . If your earnings have not reached $50.00 we will carry them over to the next month. There is no time limit on reaching $50.00 earnings. Please note we are able to pay through Paypal in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.

How will I monitor my sales?
Reports are generated in real-time. You can access them anytime by logging in to your account. These reports give you a variety of information, including how many customers linked to E-TutAnkhAmun from your site, and how much your site has earned in commission.

I operate more than one website. Can you track them separately?
We would rather that you used the same user id for all your sites, but if you really would prefer to track them individually, then please let us know and we will set up a separate id for each site.
